On one occasion a very accomplished draughtsman came to consult Sisman Tuccar at the teahouse. He said, “There’s  something I’d like to know. How big is the thing that’s between what’s already gone and what hasn’t yet arrived?”
“You mean exactly?” asked Sisman.
“Yes,” replied the man.
Replied Sisman, “It’s at least a hundred baklava long by a hundred baklava wide and no less than a hundred baklava high; and it seems to be getting bigger all the time. But that’s from the inside. I’m not sure if you were to measure from the outside.”
